SCHEDULE

Each week there is also in the schedule Burn 30, a 30 min express session. This is a higher intensity workout designed to maximize results and also your time. These session days will vary week to week and ALL fitness levels can participate.

Mondays: 9-10am , 6-7 & 7-8pm

Tuesdays: 6-7 & 7-8pm

Wednesdays: 10-11am, 6-7pm, 7-8pm

Thursdays: 9-10am , 6-7 & 7-8pm

Saturdays: 9-10am

Sundays: By appointment only
